Return Policy

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Regular priced in-stock items will be considered for return within 10 days of receiving the item. After 10 days, all purchases are considered final sale. Any product accepted for return must be in original condition and in original packaging (where applicable) for a refund or store credit. The customer assumes all pick up costs to return the item back to the warehouse. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment.

SPECIAL ORDERS

A special order refers to any product ordered in for a client within the selection of standard variations offered by the manufacturer. (e.g. coffee table offered in black or white). Special orders cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return your special order product, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. After 10 days, all purchases are considered final sale. A 20% restocking fee will apply to any special orders accepted for return. Items must be in original condition and in original packaging (where applicable) for a refund or store credit. The customer assumes all pick up costs to return the item back to the warehouse. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS

A custom order is a unique, one-time order made by a client that requires a variation in manufacturer’s regular products. (e.g. sofa made with a customer’s own material)

Custom orders cannot be cancelled. No refunds or exchanges. All custom orders are final sale.

ONLINE

Product must be unassembled and in its original packaging.

FINAL SALES

There are no returns or exchanges on Buh Bye, Outsville or Ready-To-Go clearance floor models, Attic items, custom orders or gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
